David Sanders is the Vice-President and Coaching Director for the Sanders Foundation of H.O.P.E., LLC. Mr. Sanders is an educator and basketball coach with a highly decorated career. He has won three state championships and impacted the lives of countless young men and underprivileged youth in the Jackson, Mississippi area. Coach Sanders is also a licensed and ordained minister and musician in his local church. Coach Sanders is passionate about helping others to reach their goals and obtain success in their life.
Donnie Sanders is the Communications Director of the Sanders Family Foundation of H.O.P.E., LLC. Donnie earned a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from The University of Southern Mississippi. He is also a member of the Army Reserves and is a diligent worker. Mr. Sanders is a musician in his local church and he has extensive experience in social media platforms and other communication systems.
Janet Sanders is the Spiritual Counseling Director at Sanders Family Foundation of H.O.P.E., LLC. Ms. Sanders is the matriarch and spiritual center of the Sanders family. Ms. Sanders has been an ordained minister at Emmanuel Tabernacle In Christ for over 10 years. As a minister of the gospel, Ms. Sanders provides leadership in the music department, biblical instruction and community outreach. Ms. Sanders recently retired after over 30 years in textile distribution industry in which she held a variety of positions including company Chaplin. She is now nearing the completion of an Associates Degree in Elementary Education.
Kendra Sanders is the secretary and graphic designer of The Sanders Foundation of H.O.P.E., LLC. Mrs. Sanders completed her Associate's degree in Office Administration from Bishop State Community College in Mobile, Alabama. Mrs. Sanders also graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Health Policy and Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi. She has fourteen years of experience in providing secretarial support so that an organization can run smoothly. Excellent time management skills and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Pays attention to details to ensure that it is sufficient for the company’s mien. Creative with print media that brings exhilaration to a company and draws interest. Likes to bring change to an organization to help engage employees and connect people that support the well-being of the workplace.
Phoenix Dreamcatcher is the Project and Program Director and Housing Coordinator for the Sanders Family Foundation of H.O.P.E., LLC. She is a decorated U.S.Army Veteran as well as a proficient leader with 20 years of experience in instructional support in school districts in the state of Georgia. Ms. Dreamcatcher is also the CEO and founder of Urban Outreach Project Corp. She is a Certified Affordable Housing Provider, Project Management, and Rehab Specialist since 2014. Her expertise is a valuable asset to this organization.
Dr. Robert L. Sanders is the President and Chief Financial Officer of the Sanders Family Foundation of H.O.P.E., LLC. Dr. Sanders graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with his Specialist and PhD in Educational Administration and Supervision. Dr. Sanders has over 20 years in the education field with 18 years as a successful administrator. Dr. Sanders is a dynamic leader and speaker who has earned many state and local accolades for his exemplary work in school across the State of Mississippi. Dr. Sanders has supervised hundreds of staff and students throughout his career. Dr. Sanders is passionate about building relationships and empowering individuals to be the best they can be through a strong education and setting goals. Dr. Sanders is a licensed and ordained minister with over 25 years of experience preaching and teaching across the country. Dr. Sanders is a charismatic speaker as well as a seasoned professional who can turn an organization around in a positive way.
Tekla Sanders, PhD, MBA, MHA, is the Community Outreach Director and Grant Writer for the Sanders Family Foundation of H.O.P.E., LLC. She has provided strategic guidance and oversight for a range of institutional environments, including health care, education, and law enforcement, in meeting their charge to develop programs able to reduce disparities and improve compliance with appropriate standards. In health care, she has helped develop and evaluate programs focusing on topics of importance to rural, economically disadvantaged, and minority populations, as well as evaluating approaches in health and behavioral education developed to improve patient experiences of chronic illness. Dr. Sanders' research particularly focuses on improving the relevance of data to communities and populations targeted for intervention(s), by ensuring that data collection and analysis, as well as program evaluation, include contributions from individuals and communities within the target populations so as to better define beneficial interventions and improve effectiveness.
Tiffany Sanders, BSBA is the Founder and CEO of the Sanders Family Foundation of H.O.P.E., LLC. She has earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS. Ms. Sanders has over 10 years in complex governmental accounting, leading and directing complexed audits of major defense contractors, states, local municipalities and medium to small sized businesses. She has made considerable contributions to organization wide planning activities, defining the audit objectives, researching applicable laws and regulations. Ms. Sanders has determined the key resources available to programs and the output/outcomes. She is proficient in assessing fraud risk, non-compliances, establishing the scope, methodology, milestones and resource requirements. Ms. Sanders demonstrates keen technical accuracy with devising data analytics through advanced data models while being certain to foster relationships with customers and stakeholders for programs and projects.
